Terms and Conditions 

Customers are expected to utilize their GENKI SYSTEM™ membership for personal development goals, accessing the academy's resources throughout their subscription period. It's important to note that GENKI SYSTEM™ does not offer one-on-one coaching; instead, clients are responsible for self-paced learning. The materials provided are not intended for medical treatment. Success within the academy is determined by individual effort, not by the academy's creator. Additionally, clients can participate in monthly group coaching sessions and seek daily support and guidance from the GENKI SYSTEM ™ community. Response times for community inquiries typically range from 24 to 48 hours. Any instances of harassment, bullying, or posting harmful content will lead to termination of access to GENKI SYSTEM™ and its resources.

Billing and Refund Policy 

GENKI SYSTEM™ operates on a monthly subscription basis, allowing clients to access the academy's resources for as long as they desire. There are no binding contracts, and clients can subscribe or unsubscribe at their discretion without penalties. Billing occurs monthly, with an 8-day grace period for payment processing. Failure to pay within this period will result in account termination. Clients who enroll with a coupon code will retain the discounted price for the duration of their subscription. Refunds are not provided for digital products, and clients are solely responsible for managing their subscription status. Inactivity on the account does not qualify for a refund. Clients can cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Upon cancellation, billing ceases, and access to the account remains until the end of the current billing cycle.
